This book pays tribute to the 32 Israel Defense Forces (IDF) lone soldiers who have made the ultimate sacrifice since the atrocious October 7 attack on Israel.
On October 7, 2023, the Hamas terrorist organization launched an unprecedented attack from Gaza on Israel, invading the Jewish state, brutally murdering over 1,200 innocent Israelis, and abducting at least 250 hostages to Gaza.
In the first project of its kind, Ach Gadol has brought together these fallen heroes’ stories, commemorating their memories and weaving them into a larger reflection of Israeli society at war. This book shines light upon the lives that were cut short in defense of their homeland, while providing a glimpse into different aspects of Israeli society and the global Jewish experience.
